Single Session

  • 75-90min Zoom sessions 

    • Including personal guided meditation​

  • Practices to take away pertinent to your session

                                                                            

 Cost: I have a sliding scale for one on one sessions. It is important to me that those who really resonate with what I can offer can access me regardless of their financial situation.

Three Months

  • 10 x 45-90min zoom sessions

  • Discovery Questionnaire

  •  Lightening support calls in-between sessions

  • Hand picked resources for you

  • Daily Accelerating practices 

  • 1 x 30min follow-up call when coaching period ends to see you are on track

  • Membership to weekly online Gazing group

Intensive Support add on:

  • 3 x 30min follow-up calls at conclusion of 3 months

  • 3 detailed summary emails including observations, terrain covered with whats next for you

One Year Acceleration

The 12 month package is the most intense and transformative of all, requiring from you a deep level of commitment to your personal growth. I'm willing and able to lend you my unlimited enthusiasm, are you ready? This package will be modified to suit your specific needs.

Inclusive of Everything from previous packages plus an individual private "Intensive" retreat:
